“Beautiful and well kept property. Worth the visit!”

“The property itself is genuinely beautiful, but that is where the positives end. The listing advertised a waterfront view — the lake was completely dried out and had clearly been that way for some time. The unit had a severe odor upon arrival, consistent with mold or sewage, which was never fully resolved during my stay. “The guesthouse was clean and comfortable. The location is great. Just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops as well as Lake Monroe. The hosts were wonderful. Had a small hiccup with the refrigerator and Jose had it dealt with quickly. Will stay here again if in this area. Highly recommend this guesthouse.”
