“We had was a good stay and a good time. Good neighborhood, great location, and nice ammenities, but not without a couple of hiccups. Overall, we'd stay again, but only if they 100% guaranteed they fixed the smoke alarm / fire detector issues. Pros: • Great location! Really close to attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and major roadways. • The number of beds and bathrooms were great. Never felt crowded even with 4 families. • The pool was big, warm, and clean. • The game room was a big hit...

“I booked the property for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing! My children 5 and 1 both enjoyed their Winnie yhe Pooh room. My niece and son loved all the costumes in the closet and played dress up. The only downside was that the A/C too cold and we couldn't adjust it but there're worst things. Overall, a nice stay and a great time. ”

“Beautiful home conveniently located near the clubhouse and community pool. The house is tidy, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The backyard pool area faces a somewhat busy road, resulting in occasional noise, which is the only minor drawback I can think of. Communication with the friendly owner was smooth and prompt. While Terra Verde Resort is a bit older, it's well-kept. Surprisingly, it was quite peaceful during our stay; we often found ourselves the only ones by the pool....

“House was great! Family room for adults, family room for the kids, amazing game room that the kids lived in when we were in the house, plus the private pool! Bedrooms were amazing for adults and totally “Disney” for the kids! The club was amazing too and we spent full days there in the lazy River! We had a few questions and Bruno responded to all! Close to Publix as with 22 of us, it was a regular run! Thanks Bruno, it was great!”

“I'm glad this spot was so close to the parks, but honestly shocked at how little it resembled the images on the listing. It was not clean - the sheets, towels, toilet and sink were - but the rest of the apartment was not. Actually our socks and feet were black after walking around in the house. The tub has a filthy anti-slip mat, the walls have dust and cobwebs, it's definitely not as sun-drenched as the photos would have it, and every corner of the floor is caked with dirt. “The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The only safety concern was the shower/bath. The bathtub was very......EXTREMELY slippery. There is a grab bar but its provide enough stability. The dial to control water temp in the shower is difficult to adjust and the water temperature fluctuates quickly and to extreme temperatures. Please use caution. There also were no lights in outside corridor. I mentioned this to the owner. She quickly responded to me to in regards to rectifying the issue....
