“Clean room, great location”

“I must say that this establishment did not go far and beyond when it came to maintenance or cleanliness. Upon arrival and we were 3 hours delayed. We got to our room and it was less than clean. Tons of garbage, empty bottle and someone’s used soap, loofah, and unmentionables were left hanging on the bathroom doors. The outlets were so old the chargers kept falling out of them. “it was a beautiful apartment that was perfect for us and out kids. The onsite waterpark was great to relax at on our first day after an overnight flight. I wish that we had had more time to enjoy the property because it was great.”
