“Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. We had a suite which was amazing!!!! It has two bathrooms, a spacious living room and breakfast area, walk in closet, double sink and huge shower. The night turn-down service is a bonus. You come back to your room and the lights are dimmed, there's a mat with your slippers beside your bed and a bottle of water on your bedside table. “The house we booked was wonderful with exception of an annoying pool alarm that would ring 10 minutes after the sliding glass door would open into the house and into the patio… it would be preferable to be able to override it if the pool gate was installed … the house was not equipped with a mop or broom and the number of towels per bathroom was very limited plus 2 chaises in the pool area were in disrepair”

“Albergo molto bello e con tantissime amenità; bella e divertente la piscina Park e tante altre cose, la nostra stanza era in realtà un appartamento con 3 camere da letto doppie e 3 bagni più salone e cucina. Tutto perfetto ma mi sono fatto convincere ad ascoltare una promozione del gruppo Windham che avrebbe voluto vendermi una forma di multiproprietà a condizioni eccezionali! Ho faticato tantissimo a staccarmi di dosso i promoters! Dei veri squali!!!”

“We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror”
