“The room was clean, some water leaking from the shower. Breakfast was eggs, ham, sausage or waffles. Parking was available and not paid as the rest of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Struttura molto bella a un passo dagli Universal Studios. La stanza era molto spaziosa con cucina completa di stoviglie e padelle. Letto comodo, bagno spazioso con bella doccia. Tutto molto pulito. Colazione buona ma con poca scelta.”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”

“Check in smooth and instructions sent promptly Room very let down, run down, most certainly not for 3 people, couch bed not useable as mattress wafer thin felt bars through unable to let child sleep there sheet supplied for this didn’t fit. Bed wasn’t much better as large gap between headboard and mattress which the one pillow given fell through. Bathroom very run down and floor was very damaged not suppled with any floor mat.
