“This was such a great place for my family to stay on our weeklong vacation. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed so all 5 of us had a place to sleep. We appreciated how quiet our room was at night. I only heard other guests in the hotel a few times. The free breakfast was convenient and tasted good. The thing we all really loved was having a full-sized fridge and a place to cook. I have to be really carefully about what I eat for health reasons, so it was great to be able to...

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”

“This was our first time at the resort and our family really enjoyed it. The food was good. The room was clean. We stayed in the apartments and it was plenty of space for our entire family of five. We will surely be back.”

“The hotel was perfect for our two day stay. The free breakfast is definitely a plus. The receptionist was fabulous and the people t working the breakfast area were wonderful. They were friendly, hospitable, and very kind. The gentleman even helped me make my waffle.”

“We really enjoyed the pool and the fact the day of check out that you can leave luggage with front desk and still swim all day til you leave! The marketplace food was also awesome!”

“They only have 1 time shuttle to the parks which is 8:30 and the return shuttle gets back at 5:30pm. They don’t have other shuttle times to and from the parks.”
