“We loved everything about our stay and hope to visit again. Our group traditionally gets together to ring in the new year and for the first time, one of the children asked if we can stay here again next year! The house is exactly as described with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cooked breakfast in both days. Having the heated pool to ourselves was great and the kids also enjoyed the water park. We all had fun at the arcade and some of us also played the miniature golf...

The house is clean, upgraded, beds are super comfortable and comes with meticulous notes for the house in their book. Some basic supplies were given, which is always a plus. “We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.”

“Loved the pool. Furniture serviceable not super comfy. Plan to bring in your own toilet paper, dish soap etc, they provide a very minimal amount of everything. ”

“Cute, clean, and convenient. 2 designated parking spots. Dishes, towels, nice kitchen. Great view of the lake. Quiet at night. Stairs to the second floor with 2 Full/Queen beds, laundry and full bathroom. Second bathroom off sitting area downstairs. Host was quick to respond to questions. Fantastic stay and we'll be back. ”

“This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation!”

“Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #,...
