- No Parties or Loud Music
Out of respect for our neighbors and guests in the other unit, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Cooking Essentials
Basic cooking supplies are provided (oil, salt, pepper, spices). Condiments may be left by previous guests but are not restocked - please use at your discretion.

- Lake Access
The lake is natural and unfenced; please use caution near the water. Swimming is not permitted.

- Clean & Professionally Maintained
The home is professionally cleaned and maintained between each stay. Minor rustic details or natural elements are part of its cozy, lived-in character.

- Parking
Complimentary parking is available for 3-4 vehicles directly in front of the house.

Pets
• Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $50.
• Pets are not allowed on beds
• Please pick up after your pet
• If there are any accidents or damage caused by pets the additional fee will apply

Late Checkout and Early Check-In

Late checkout and early check‑in are available upon request and are strictly subject to availability.

Please message us in advance if you’d like to request a time change so we can confirm whether we can accommodate it.

Checkout by 12:00 PM – $50 fee per stay.

Checkout by 2:00 PM – $100 fee per stay.

If we have same‑day guests arriving, we may not be able to offer late checkout or early check‑in, even with a fee, due to cleaning and turnover scheduling.

Smoking / Vaping / Marijuana Use

This is a strictly smoke-free property indoors. The following are not allowed inside the home under any circumstances:
• Cigarettes
• Vapes / e-cigarettes
• Marijuana / cannabis
• Any other smoking or vaping substances

Guests may smoke outdoors only, in the backyard and away from the building, doors, and windows to prevent smoke from entering the home.

A $200 fine applies for:
• Any indoor smoking
• Marijuana use inside
• Evidence of smoke or odor inside the property

Cleaning for Long Stays

For stays of 2 weeks or longer, a weekly mid-stay cleaning is required at a fee of $200 per cleaning.
