“This property was walking distance to downtown Duvall street and to a couple great restaurants.. Blue Heaven and Moon Dog! The rooms are small but the property does its best with making the most of their space with hooks, shelves, drawers etc! small continental breakfast options were great and delivered to the room in baskets if you wanted or downstairs in their fun dining area! ”

“I loved this place! Some colleagues were staying at boring, soulless places, like the Ritz, but I chose this because it looked really authentic and homely. It was my first time in Florida and I was really happy sipping my beer, listening to the country music from the next door bar and feeling like I was on holiday, even though I was there for work! Breakfast was good - always some proteins, yoghurt, fruit and sweet stuff on offer. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable. The local area...

“I loved this place. The location to the Duval and sunset areas is amazing. The property is well maintained and authentic to Key West. A pool in the garden is a bonus as well as nice greenery and iguanas walking around to watch. Carolina was extremely helpful accommodating late arrivals and early departures. Her communication was excellent. I would stay here again. Thanks Carolina and Artist house. ”

“Just a short walk across the dunes to a nice quiet beach. Breakfast was great; staff was friendly and helpful. They have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your use. Pool was refreshing and clean. We were in the cottage in the Windjammer Suite. Big and roomy with a large bedroom and smaller room with refrigerator, microwave, table and a small couch. The Beach Bus has a stop really close.”
