“It was a great experience in every way. Since my first visit to Disney property in 1986 I have always stayed at a Disney owned property, maybe 16 times? This time my husband and I decided to go for a few days and just visit Epcot and Hollywood studios . We decided to try the Swan and we were pleasantly surprised! The proximity to the parks we could visit without bus transportation was the main factor but there is so much more to enjoy. Great pools, a variety of wonderful restaurants, clean rooms...

“Highly recommend, clean property & room! Lots for kids and adults to do! Staff was friendly & accommodating!”

“Positive: it was in a good location. Negative: A/C went out three times during our stay and was never really fixed. Temperatures reached 82 to 85 at night and the only solution the front desk could provide was fans. Gas grill did not work and was out of service. Condo was outdated and had bright sun coming in through the window above the tub at 6:30 in the morning. (The tub was worn out and nasty) Could not access some streets from parking lot because gates were closed. Could not park close to...
