“Town house has relaxing view of Horseshoe lake, quick walk to community pool and walking distance to several restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are spacious and we never heard neighbors. Parking is limited in front of the unit, so be aware you may need to Walk a bit. Note: owner just installed new flooring in the days before our stay. There was some project dust left behind and that is the only issue with cleanliness. An updated broom or dry mop for textured LVT would be helpful. ”

“Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)”

“The condo was fantastic! We met our son there and brought our two dogs along, and it was the perfect setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the coffee bar—with K-cups ready to go—was a great touch for coffee lovers. Each floor had a deck with beautiful views of the gorgeous beach. We were only there for a short weekend, but we’ll definitely book a longer stay next time. The location is ideal—close to shopping, restaurants, and a wonderful walking path in both directions if you prefer...

“Wonderful feeling of the outside on deck and in yard. Natural wildlife including turtles,ducks, and bird varieties. Interesting view of golf course fairway. Invited sisters who are retired one week and son and three year old grandson the next week. Perfect weather! Enjoyed beach and heated pools daily. A few items were not supplied like a corkscrew to open wine, umbrella for outside table, and beach towels. ”

“Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it.”

“Great price and awesome community with a lot included. The pool is right across the lake and the bridge to it is brand new as of april 2025. The beach is reqlly just a couple minute ride in the gilf cart. There was live music amd bonfire near the tennis courts and puttputt. So many restaurants and shops clise by too.grrat stay!minute ride of”
