“Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!”

We were greeted by a friendly representative from Homeowner’s Collection who answered all of our questions. The Beach, shops, dining, and the Seaside Swim/Tennis Club were a 5 minute walk away. We highly recommend Oyster Cottage.”

“Communication with Kara was great. The house has a great setup for a larger family. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this if you’re carrying chairs, beach bag and a cooler with you. It is walkable but tough with all the above. ”

“This property is excellent and in a perfect location to visit seaside. We visited for the fourth of July and enjoyed the beach access that comes with the rental as well as the gorgeous fireworks. The home is perfectly maintained and very close to Seaside amphitheater and shopping area. Walking is absolutely doable and likely much faster than trying to walk anywhere. This home is on the smaller side which was not a problem for us. Our party of 6, three adults and three small children, did feel...

Gated community. Parked right at the house. Quiet well maintained family community. We will definitely be back!!”
