“The condition of the hotel was disappointing. Upon arriving, the chairs on the front porch were very soiled and in poor condition and the desk clerk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. All furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. The carpets on each floor were extremely dirty and need replacing. . The positive is the buffet breakfast which was good or could be cooked to order. Other employees were very nice. The hotel is in a good location with restaurants close by and the very nice beach...
