“Todo súper mal no recomiendo esta propiedad no tienen buen trato los trabajadores muy mala atención y que decirle del uso de la piscina estuve 3 días y no pude usarlas ya estaban cerradas por supuesto mal tiempo que no cayó ni una gota de agua no se los recomiendo”

“Beds are comfortable. Property is clean. We had trouble with hot water- called 4 times. We called for housekeeping one day and never received service in 11hours-we did get clean towels, but we were there 6 nights. The pool is nice-drinks are expensive. The tide wave amenity is great and Antonio was much fun! The walls are so thin you others in the room. Burger theory was really good. Ice cream was good. They dont offer late check out, other than 1 hour for a fee, which is disappointing.”

“When we first arrived daughter had bugs and worms in her room. Maintenance came to clean and stated they would spray the room. Daughter ac vent wasn’t working so maintenance came back to replace the ac vent because the filter was the wrong size and repair the vent airflow issue. Master bedroom had a worm crawling on the floor and the water pressure on the bathtub was extremely slow. Toilet tissue holder was broken Television in two of the room would not work.
