Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Miami

“Muy organizado”

“The whole layout of the room was nice and clean”

“Fantastic location, beautiful atrium, very careful front desk supervisor (Keryn). Room very spacious, a little bit too cold given the external temperature. If I were to come back to Miami, I would stay in this hotel!”

“The bed is good as well as the shower, television, the wifi and airco. The area is close to restaurants and shops however there's room for improvement: - a bigger trash - a small fridge - floor is uneven and cracking - the reception does not have any tourist information (no maps from metros or sightseeing)”

“Cibo 24/7. Area comune con divani, TV, giochi e libri. Rooftop bar + piscina. Palestra semplice e spaziosa con vista. Personale preparato e disponibile. Camere semplici, pulite, complete e domotiche.”

“L’ hotel è situato in ottima posizione ”

“Ottimo prezzo, posizione centrica e comodita della camera”

“Eccellente”

“I had asked whether it was possible to have an early check-in because we were flying overnight and landing at 6 a.m., starting two days before our arrival. No one ever replied to my request. When we arrived in the morning, I asked again, explaining that I was suffering from severe back pain, but no one made any effort to accommodate us. We had to wait until 4 p.m. for the regular check-in, which was nothing short of shameful due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member named...

“Pool area was awful. Trash everywhere”
