“We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was ideal—just about a mile walk to downtown Brickell, which made it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly kind and courteous, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting the Brickell/Miami area!”

“Second stay at this property. Very convenient location to downtown Miami and Brickell area. Comfortable home with well equipped kitchen. Property is showing some minor wear and tear which needs attention from the owner. Owner requires purchase of damage insurance. Overall, nice rental property in a convenient location.”

“The space is nice, with a few little hiccups… check in started ok, we waited about 10 minutes which was fine, we were given our room number and keys and sent up the elevator to the 12th floor. When we got up there we walked the entire floor to discover the room number they told us and wrote on our room key envelope didn’t exist (room 1225). Went back down to the lobby to ask about the room number and then was given the correct number and new keys (1215). Walk back upstairs with all of our things...

“Good location. Relatively clean. Unfortunately no toilet paper was provided and we had to wait 18 hours for some to arrive. Very poor communication with host after an issue arose and were instructed to repair ourselves. Would not recommend. Also no proper curtains meaning the flood lights outside the windows lit up both bedrooms very bright at night time. ”

“We loved our stay because of our hosts, Inez and Tom. We felt very much at home immediately. They are interesting, warm and welcoming. Both my wife and I had two of the best nights sleep we have had in awhile. The bed was comfortable. The temperature was perfect. We also appreciated that the bathroom was full of products (sunscreen, insect repellent, etc). The home is in a beautiful garden filled with orchids. Our hosts were the highlight however.
