Complessi di appartamenti a Costa Smeralda

“The property overall was very nice. The condo was excellent, very well kept. There are enough pools so you don’t feel crowded and easy access to the beach. The Pelican Cafe has good options for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely choose this location again when visiting Destin. Bob is a great host, his response time to message is great. Overall, very pleased!”

“We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The property was so clean, well kept, and provided everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We were worried with it being small, but it was so cozy and well designed. We loved being so close to the beach access and enjoyed our chairs and umbrellas. Will absolutely stay again!”

“We had a great stay. The place was beautiful and had great views of the harbor. It was also located close to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved it. It was clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

“Everything was wonderful and we’d definitely book with Julie again.”

“It’s beautiful and we will definitely come back. It’s a great spot without having an overcrowded beach. We brought our own ten and set behind the chairs. There were large enough gaps to park the tent with an ocean view. It’s a short walk from the room. We didn’t get in the pool because we only came for two days but it seemed like the kids were enjoying it. I’m already, ready to plan our next trip. Great food options in the area and close to anything you need. This room was clean and we had an...

“Not at all what we expected. Looked better in pictures-condo needs lots of updates. Who does the room checks? Very nice view. Lots of noise. Very dated and worn looking..Living room and bedroom TV’s were not operational. Beds were old and very uncomfortable-sheets were thin and worn-no pillowcases in smaller bedroom and no blankets to be found anywhere. The MB shower flooded more than 3 inches due to a clogged/plugged drain. Ugh! For what we paid for an overnight stay here, I feel like we...

“A beautiful propertyu with great ocean views.”

“Place was great, walking distance to the beach and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were awesome.”

“good”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Had a little mishap in the beginning where I let the door close with my phone inside, causing us to have to use the desk to reach out to the owner for the door code that I had not memorized yet. He was very understanding but it’s one of those mistakes you only make once and then learn what not to do. Pizza place on site was very good. Pools were not crowded. Elevators can be pretty slow but that’s about the only negative thing to be said. We would definitely...

“Our stay was everything we hoped it would be! We had a great time”

“Incredible view of the beach and the Gulf”

“Ok, so how can I describe "almost heaven"...LOL. This is how I felt about this place on my short get away with my husband. Yes, short get away because I hesitated the first time when looking at this host's unit, and just like that someone else booked it in a blink of an eye before I did. Fortunately, and I must add the magnificent communication skills that Esperanza (the host) has; I was able to book her other unit (which by the way was not available all the days I wanted but I took what I...

“I will definitely book this property in the future! Our host was very helpful and immediate in answering any questions that were asked. Beautiful resort and awesome location!”
