“Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

“My hotel stay was good. It just had a little urine smell throughout the hallway in slightly in the bathroom inside of the room. I think it’s because they allow animals to stay, and carpet is in the hallway area.”
