Questa lussuosa Carriage House, 'Goin' Coastal 'in WaterColor, è la casa vacanza perfetta. È separato dalla grande casa privata e la sua spaziosa camera simile a un monolocale con soffitti di 15 piedi e splendidi pavimenti in legno soddisfa le esigenze degli amici in fuga, una coppia in un weekend romantico o una piccola famiglia con spazio per un paio di bambini piccoli. Oltre al lussuoso letto matrimoniale a slitta c'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale convertibile e tanto spazio per culle o bagagli extra!

L'ampio e comodo divano è il luogo perfetto per guardare eventi sportivi o film di fronte alla grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è ideale per pasti veloci e ha un frigorifero di dimensioni standard, lavandino e forno a microonde. Non ci sono fornelli, forno o lavatrice / asciugatrice poiché riteniamo che ti godrai uno dei tanti ristoranti della zona e non cucinerai né laverai i panni mentre sei in vacanza! Il bagno completo comprende una doccia, una vasca e una grande zona lavandino con spazio per distendersi mentre ti prepari per uscire per una bella cena o una passeggiata sulle nostre spiagge bianche incontaminate per vedere i nostri incredibili tramonti.

L'accogliente carrozza si trova in un angolo tranquillo nella fase II e si affaccia su un bellissimo stagno. Siamo a pochi passi da una delle sette splendide piscine di WaterColor.

WaterColor è stato votato il Resort per famiglie numero 1 da Travel and Leisure ed è il luogo perfetto per godersi le spiagge perfette del Golfo del Messico. Sono disponibili numerose attività come mountain bike, kayak, surf, tennis, golf, escursioni e incredibili ristoranti per la famiglia e solo per adulti. Essendo arrivato a 30A per oltre 15 anni con quattro bambini, WaterColor ha un ottimo accesso a meravigliose babysitter responsabili che tratteranno i tuoi figli come loro. L'ospitalità del sud è come nessun altro e vi ritroverete anno dopo anno come abbiamo fatto prima di fare di questa casa nostra. The carriage house is very nice and close to everything in Water Color Resort. Beth was an amazing host giving us lots of ideas to do things with our kids and place to eat. We recommend renting a golf cart as its fun to zip around the neighborhood with them. The trolly at Water Color is also great as well. We will be back!

We had the most amazing stay in this WaterColor carriage house — truly one of our favorite family trips we’ve taken. The home was perfect for us and made our time together feel so easy, comfortable, and special.Beth was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She was so attentive in helping me book and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. It made such a difference knowing we had someone so thoughtful and responsive looking out for us.We’re leaving with full hearts and the best memories, and we are already talking about coming back. So grateful for such a wonderful experience — thank you for everything!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. We are already planning our return trip. Beth made us feel right at home and the trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable.The amenities were extraordinary and the location was absolutely amazing!
The trolly took us right to the Beach Club where we spent most every day. Plus wonderful shopping and restaurants were all easily accessible.

The Carriage House was beautifully appointed, well provisioned and the perfect size for the two of us although it can sleep two more. There were plenty of supplies and our host Beth was a very kind and welcoming person. We will definitely come back to this property.

Before I even got to the house, I felt very welcomed by Beth (host). The place was very amazing. There were plenty of amenity and everything I needed for the stay. Beth kept checking on me throughout my stay to make sure I got everything I need. The neighbor, the beach, the pools, the parks, the shops, everything was very scenic and amazing! Beth also offered to checking in way early and to check out wayyy late. More than all, Beth’s kindness made our stay double enjoyable. Very worth every penny spent!

Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! I really appreciated the open communication with Beth, she reached out once I booked with lots of helpful information and she welcomed questions and made me feel like family staying there. I will definitely be back!

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We experienced a shower that had extreme temperature changes every time we tried to shower. The tv signal was spotty and would freeze. Bathroom electrical socket cover fell off as soon as we tried to plug something into it. So I got ready in the living space. Overall the hosts had been out of the country so had not been able to check properly before we arrived and said would fix for future guests

Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the watercolor carriage house was amazing! Beth and Randy were wonderful host. Randy met us at our arrival to greet us and provide us with our wristbands and provided us insight into the local spots. The house was actually bigger and nicer than the pictures, I feel the pictures don’t give it justice. High ceilings and very spacious for our family of 3, and private/quiet. The home is closer to the entrance of watercolor and close to camp watercolor, it’s a 5 minute walk. We walked and drove to the beach club, the walk is about 20 minutes but it is worth it. There is a parking lot close to the beach club that is free. The community is absolutely beautiful. There are walking/biking paths everywhere. If you love nature, like we do, you’ll enjoy it. The beach club was great and they provide towels when you are there or to use at the beach. The food was good at the beach club but we had the opportunity to try other outside spots that were close.My top two places were the perfect pig for breakfast or dinner, it was absolutely delicious. They had an espresso martini and blackberry lemon drop- spicy martini that was top notch. Another favorite was the daytrader Tiki bar & restaurant, wow… their Ahi Tuna salad was the best I’ve ever had. All I have to say is…if you haven’t experienced Watercolor, you need to. It really is magical. Beth & Randy’s place is the perfect spot to have that beach experience. I’ll be back next year, it’s that’s cool. Thank ya’ll!

A Slice of Coastal Heaven

From the moment my girls and I arrived at this charming beach house, we were completely smitten! The home is the perfect blend of comfort, style, and coastal charm. The location is unbeatable. We were steps from Camp Watercolor and the amazing Watercolor Trolley (free!) took us quickly to the beach! We rode our bikes to Seaside every evening and were just a short bike ride to the grocery store, coffee shop and pizza.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our return. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here with our two young children. The community is beautiful, clean and quiet. You can walk to everything that you may need (grocery store, restaurants, etc). Our kids had hours of fun at Camp Watercolor, especially on the waterslides! The Beach Club is a bit of a walk but very doable with the kids in a stroller. The communication and hospitality from Beth was unmatched! We can't wait to go back!!

Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! Exceptional getaway

We couldn't have asked for better accommodations for our short getaway! The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We alternated between walking or taking the trolley to the spectacular beach club. The hosts were phenomonal-comminicative and extraordinarily nice. We would book this over and over again!

Spring Break stay with our teenage daughters. Perfect location for the pools and to ride bikes or walk to the beach. Hands down Beth and Randy were the most accommodating hosts we’ve ever come across with several VRBO rental experiences. This place is a favorite!

We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again
