Cottage in Florida

“Un posto davvero meraviglioso. Il più bello visto in tutto il giro della Florida che abbiamo fatto. Degli appartamenti indipendenti dotati davvero di ogni cosa, sia nella cucina che nel bagno, ed arredati con gusto. Delle zone esterne fronte mare con tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue dove fare colazione, pranzo o cena con il mare a 20 metri. Sdraie, ombrelloni, asciugamani, tavole da surf, racchettoni e qualunque altra cosa vi venga in mente, tutto a disposizione degli ospiti. La manager simpatica...

“La struttura è composta da piccoli cottages di diversi colori con al centro un Tiki Bar. La stanza è molto grande ed è circondata dal giardino; il parcheggio è comodo e gratutito. Il check-in è automatico, abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni via mail e non abbiamo avuto bisogno della reception. La posizione è strategica per visitare le Keys: tutte le isole sono al massimo a un'ora di auto di distanza. Consigliatissimo anche per il prezzo!”

“We loved staying there! There were plenty of places to sleep. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook was there. The only thing we didnt know till after we planned and paid was you do not get towels wash cloths or bedding unless you pay $15 per person to have all that for each person. But it was no big deal to us we just took our own. Other then that it was nice. There are pools , and plenty of outdoor games to play like corn hile basketball and other stuff. “His was a replacement property after my inital booking was canceled same day. I did not receive the check-in details until 1 hour after arriving. I had to call at 4:10 to ask about my check-in. I was told the property was not ready and I would have to wait was given the door code for one available. Upon entering the property, the master bedroom did not appear to have been seen. The floors were sticky and dirty. The pool was dirty and the fire detector kept going off until Maintenance came to...

“We really love staying in this adorable cottage house. The location is great and it is very clean. It has a half bath on the first floor and a bathroom just off the upstairs bedroom which is very convenient. We will try to stay there next year too.”
