“Location was quiet but close enough that we could walk to the action. Room was adorable and had its own bathroom facilities and small fridge which was all we needed because we weren’t in our room a lot. Staff were always very helpful and when we had questions, I could reach out and was answered very quickly! Would definitely stay here again! ❤️”

“The location is truly amazing. I wanted to be by the beach so I opted to give up more comfort. The rooms have potential for something more uplifting, updated without it being a huge undertake. I would suggest a good deep cleanse with bleach and a good scrub down. I wish the rooms had more amenities…..like coffee pot a small bottle of water but it wasn’t a “deal breaker” although …. Yes they have downstairs but the rooms could use a revamp the staff is very friendly front desk do their best...

“Super cute hotel and close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and so much more that were easily accessible with walking. The first night was a bit rough, not because of the hotel or staff itself but other guests being inconsiderately loud all night. There was a large event going on in the area that we did not know about so it was unexpected, but the staff did everything to try to help make our stay more comfortable. The second night was much better! They showed empathy and respect...

“Tropics hotel was so accommodating! They had extremely quick responses and responded to all of our needs within minutes - quickest response time from a hotel that I have experienced. Location is also amazing, right on South Beach. Some parts of the bathroom were older and more clearly used, however for the price and service it can definitely be overlooked. Thank you!”

“The hotel for us was in the perfect location prior to going on a cruise. It is very close to South Beach, Lincoln Road and all there is to do and see in the area. Communication with Staff through messaging was excellent and the room was also very nice. Would definitely recommend as the location is fantastic”

“La posizione dell’hotel è super comoda, vicino a tutto e alle fermate dei bus. Ci sono tanti locali subito di fianco alla struttura, ma anche a pochi passi. Tutto quello che ti serve è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi (CVS, Walgreens, Pura Vida…). Il self check-in è molto comodo e il personale è super disponibile. La receptionist Moena è stata SUPER! Sono disponibili tanti servizi come escursioni o anche noleggio auto. L’ultimo giorno è stato possibile lasciare le valigie in una stanza...
