The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass provided with your stay.

We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

Check out is at 11.00 am or before. South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.
Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 7 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Point Pier and Miami Beach Marina, building is situated beachfront on one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. Walking friendly neighborhood to
restaurants shopping attractions and beach.

Great room and value for the weekend. Room Was clean and had plenty of space for a solo traveler. Had a new refrigerator and microwave which means the owner is putting money into upkeep which is always great when they pay attention to the small details. Bed was comfortable and was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach attendant Rick was very polite and easy to talk to. The communication from the host was very professional, timely, and very detailed. Great stay in south beach and would definitely recommend. Also, I want to point out that this was during spring break, and there were NO noise issues. The spring breaker was not nearly as busy on the part of the beach and was more family oriented.

Very desirable location to beach, many varied restaurants close, including a CVS where we were able to purchase some staples to eat in our rental. Site-seeing historical places within close walking distance. We Ubered from airport, close enough you dont need to rent vehicle. Manager readily accessible, answered quickly. Laundry appliances available so we had hardly any luggage.

My husband and I had a great stay. The place was exactly as described. It was in a nice area and on the beach. A more residential area in South Beach, so it was quiet, yet so close to all of the restaurants and night life. We had a rental car but barely used it because it is such a walkable area. Loved that it had complementary parking, not on site but a few blocks away. Saved a lot of money that way. Also had complementary beach chairs and umbrella. The beach was perfect. Appreciated that it had plenty of towels, coat hangers in the closet, a comfortable bed, and hooks to hang towels, etc. Anita was great with instructions and communication. We would stay again.

Great little place. We had an issue with the shower initially. Guess water had been shut off due to maintenance early in the day, so it didn’t work for us initially. But host was quick to respond and get somebody out…then of course it worked, lol. This was a perfect overnight spot for us

The hosts were very welcoming! Would book with them again!

This was my first time booking through VRBO and my experience was great! The hosts’ communication was great and responded in a very quick manner. The hosts were able to accommodate to our plans and helped make check in run as smoothly as possible. We were stranded in town with nowhere to store our luggage and the hosts helped us find a place to store. The hosts even let us know if we could check in earlier than our designated check in time!

Easy check in

This place was comfortable for a family of 3. Easy check in. Anita was an amazing host and readily available to answer any questions. The proximity to everything was walking distance. You don’t need a car. We used their laundry facilities and it was easy to use by just reloading a card. There was enough toiletries to keep us the 3 days we were there. You don’t need to bring shampoo and body wash as they provide it. We will definitely return .

too small for the price

We stayed 6 nights. This place is better for a very short stay. Pros: location is great, comfortable bed, beach is gorgeous, and chairs/umbrella included. Host mostly very responsive. Appreciated early check in and late check out (although it was not communicated to cleaner and she showed up too early). Cons: room is claustrophobic. Only about 13" at bottom of bed - even turning sideways to get through, we still hit our legs on the bedframe. To sit on toilet you pretty much have to put feet in the shower. Bathroom sink is the size of a piece of paper. Did not expect a view per se, but there is a wall just feet away from the window. Don't bring a car - complimentary parking is a long walk away, and we couldn't even find temporary parking to unload our luggage. The pool was not as pristine as pictured.

Christmas Getaway 2024

The space was great! Big enough for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Overall, if you want a quiet kickback vacation in South Beach, this is the place to stay. Restaurants were within walking distance and you are literally steps from the beach. The water is stunning! So beautiful. The walkway behind the condo was lovely and leads you right to the South Point Pier. There is a beautiful park a couple doors down from the building and it even has a playground for the kiddos. I loved the streets lined with palm trees and the food was amazing. “Big Pink” was one of our favorite places to eat. Their guacamole is to die for, and it was only a couple of blocks away! Luis was great and greeted us upon our arrival. We did have a little issue with some quarreling neighbors for several nights, but once I notified Anita, it was quiet. Thank goodness! This place basically had everything we were looking for. There were a few imperfections, but even the swankiest places have their issues. Nightlife was not our thing, so we were very lucky to find this little gem. God willing, we will be back! Thank you.
