It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). Finding and accessing the unit via the alley way was a little odd and the narrow pathway from the gate to the front door of the unit made it tough with large or heavy bags. Overall the VRBO had the bare minimum that was needed for the stay, but there were some bugs and very little noise insulation between this unit and the other rental sharing a wall with this one.
