“Exactly as advertised. Door to bathroom being shutters was an interesting decision but apart from that it was clean and in good condition and generally a good place to stay. Great location, close to a row of restaurants and can see the taxiways for San Diego international.”

“Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

“Had a lovely stay here for a weekend! Karen, the host, was very kind and accommodating - she made everything easy, pleasant, and made sure I had everything I could have needed. The place is clean, spacious for 1-2 guests, very safe, very quiet, homey, and close to all the action. Best deal in town. Grateful to have found this gem. Will definitely be back! ”

“Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. “Great Stay. Cute and Clean. Great Value. Host is amazing. Only downside is parking is tight and both tenants have to be mindful of each other when parking but this doesn’t affect the stay at all, worst case there is plenty of safe street parking, 5 stars.”
