“Confortable room. Location of the hotel good if you have to stay close to the airport. Nice and supportive staff.”

“For the price ($500+ one night and $350+ the second night), I expected more recently remodeled bathrooms and more comfortable beds. Check-in was easy. Located across the road from UTC mall, so there were lots of places to eat within a couple of blocks. We had rooms with Murphy beds. My 10-year-old granddaughter said it was like sleeping on a rock and crawled in bed with me. Not a bad hotel—just okay.”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!”
