“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The only nice thing about this place was the fish ponds view. Mold in my shower , broken ac wouldn’t turn on at all. Terrible staff the didn’t answer my many many calls. I ended up checking out an hour after check in because of how nasty it was. Never again ”

“Well equipped gym and world class service. The breakfast was replete with delicious eggs, pancakes, toast, cereal, yogurt and everything you could imagine ”
