“I reserved a veranda room but was assigned a room that faced a wall and an area of dirt, with neither a view nor a usable balcony. “We came for the first time on our honeymoon and 10 years later we came back and it was just as incredible as the first time. Perfect location, gorgeous views, the staff is amazing.
