“The rooms are very noisy, it was 4 nights with no sleep. Hot tub was ice cold, told they would work on it. Key card had to be replaced every night after being out all day. Very frustrating to get all the way to the room only to walk all the way back to the office to re key the card every night without any "I'm sorry this is happening" just "here you go". "An excellent property with exceptional service. The structure is beautiful, well maintained, and clearly designed for a discerning, high-end clientele. What really makes the difference, however, is the staff: in case of any issue or request, they are incredibly helpful, attentive, and available. They respond immediately and do everything they can to solve any problem quickly and efficiently. A truly high-quality experience, perfect for guests looking for comfort, exclusivity, and impeccable service. Highly recommended!"
