Hotel con palestra a La Jolla Village

“For the price and location would think it would better for a 4 star hotel. Lots of little things that just added up: - low pressure shower - tattered carpet edge - crooked tv - had to ask multiple times for room service after they forgot - dusty lamps and dusty vents - asked for 2 glasses- got 2 water bottles - ran out of toilet paper (when we got room service, didn’t replenish it) - ate at the pricey restaurant below and were multiple family’s letting their kids run around freely. “At check in there was an issue with finding my reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the supervisor assisted me and upgraded me to a Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Appreciated that as I had my family of 6. Overall, the staff was friendly, the bar/restaurant was a vibe, the hotel was beautiful and the pool was clean. I would definitely come again and refer this hotel to my family and friends.”
