“Hotel vecchiotto, scomodo per il centro della Jolla. Non servizio di navetta. Cibo orribile a colazione ( pochi piatti costosi ala carta) dopo che avevo acquistato la colazione inclusa alla reception mi hanno detto che avevo solo un bonus di 50 $ per camera per che non avevano il
buffet ma solo il ristorante alla carta. Cameriera ( Laila) scortesissima non ha voluto spiegare nulla , non ci ha portato neanche l’acqua naturale ( abbiamo dovuto chiederla a fine colazione) e ha preteso la mancia...

“Parking was easy and secure. Front desk check in was a breeze. Room was dated but very clean. Beach crew were very professional setting up umbrellas, chairs and tables for us. Pool looked refreshing but did not use it this visit. We’re looking forward to coming back someday soon! ”

“I was very impressed with this hotel! The building and rooms all felt new and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast has a nice selection, we appreciated the vegetarian mini omlettes, fresh fruit , and yogurt ! We chose this hotel beacuse it included breakfast and gym and wifi for no extra costs. There a $10 fee for parking, but that is much more reasonable than other properties! Would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”
