“There was a long wait to check in because there was only one staff member at the desk, but once we were able to check in, it was very efficient and hostess was very welcoming and upgraded our room for us which was lovely, and also comped our parking to apologize for the long delay. Loved our room - very spacious and clean and overlooking running water and lush greenery. The bathroom was immaculate and I appreciated how clean everything was!”

“If I could give negative stars I would. I attempted to check into this property with a car full of kids after driving 5.5 hours and I could not get into the the house. The check in instructions said to enter the code which I did, and the lock appeared to open, but when I pressed in the thumb latch, the door would not open. As a fellow Airbnb host myself, I am familiar with the Shlage keyless entry system and I thought perhaps the housekeepers had accidentally locked the deadbolt. So I went...
