“We were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel during our stay. The entrance we were told to go through I believe at mahalo the keys didn’t work and the door did not work, it appears broken. We weren’t able to get in and we have a little baby. “The staff here is excellent. Highly professional and responsive. Beautiful lobby and pool areas. Our room was nice overall. There was some kind of old seal that replaced the seal around our door, though. It hadn't been properly installed. Our bed was very comfortable, but the couch beds are not comfortable at all. For our second night, the staff brought us a foam topper for the sofa bed, which was really helpful.”
