“Very nice location close to San Diego international airport. Hotel has wonderful breakfast free and free airport services provided . I love the location . I am going round 2 soon visit the hotel. Great service. I enjoyed one night stay over. Five stars from me to hotel. Hotel staff do great service. ”

“The front desk is 100% unresponsive to the new text method they use for communication. Every text I sent them was completely ignored. My wife and I called the front desk at least 10 times to get our thermostat fixed. They never picked up the phone once. They will text you many times to see how your stay is, to pretend they care, and then will completely ignore you when you respond to their initial text. There were other issues, but don’t feel like going into them. Will not be returning. ”

“Positive points: -Room (bed sheets, bathroom) looked super clean. -Breakfast included was very decent comparing to other hotels -The area is great, a lot to see and do within a short walk Negative points: -They charged us $45 for parking and it was full, we ended parking at the next block parking (also property of the hotel) far away from our room and had to walk up so much stairs back and fort every time -Room smelled terrible like old house -Beds were super unconfortable and noisy every time...
