“Utterly disgusted by the front desk here. They will Straight up lie to your faces. The air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night because it's on a sensor, leaving you randomly hot and sweaty, it's also INCREDIBLY loud. Do not recommend.”

“I found what looked like a crumb of food on the toilet seat and paper in the toilet. Other than that, the to room was clean. Decent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. Amazing nice staff! We had a view of the hill..no frill, but it was no biggie.”

“The hot tub was out of service and the pool was not heated. A bit reason for selecting this hotel was for the use of the pool & spa, so this was disappointing. The AC in the bedroom did not work very well and the common areas in the hotel felt like there was no AC as it was very hot and stuffy.”

“Unfortunately the hotel, despite it's great amenities, have triple charged my credit card after we checked out. I was never able to contact anyone from the hotel to get this straighten out. My messages went completely unanswered and my credit card was maxed out because of these extra charges. Horrible experience with the fraudulent charges and zero customer service or follow up.”

When we arrived after 4:00 PM, we were informed that our room was not ready. The staff offered us a different room and covered our parking, which we appreciated. We settled in, unpacked, and went out to dinner. However, when we returned, we were told that the room we had been given was assigned in error and was actually reserved for another guest. “Front desk staff customer service was so quick and professional, Room was so clean and nice . We loved as it had Microwave Fridge and utensils and cups and plates , it was like home . We loved the amenities.. we loved the Breakfast. It was delicious. Thank you”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”

“The reems are clean, comfortable beds, the pool and spa are heated, amazing. Decent breakfast buffet with a little charge. We had a housekeeper come in every day for 4 days we were there to make beds, take out trash and bring us clean towels!!”
