“There are issues with the television when we called down for Assistance. They informed us that the maintenance person was the only person that could help and they were at lunch. They had no idea when their lunch started or ended, and the young man said he only watched his lunch when I called back later the maintenance man still had not returned. “The room was very clean. Housekeeping cane every other day and replaced towels and gave us clean linens. Front desk was very nice. And the maintenance man came right away when I was having issues with the dryer. It was a great stay. Everything was clean. ”

“Stanza sporca, puzza di muffa in particolare quando si accendeva il condizionatore oltretutto rumoroso. Dopo la prima notte non sono state rifatte le stanze, sono riuscito solamente a farmi dare nuovi asciugamani. Colazione pessima. Personale scortese. Zona tranquilla, unica cosa positiva è il parcheggio gratuito. ”

“I didn’t receive make-up service for the room after the night. I hadn’t put any sign on the door but noted that most of the time the make-up service at that floor was running at late afternoon and this is not acceptable. I was in room 709 Marina Tower”
