“We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). Our room had a king bed and a couch that had a pullout. My kids loved the room.

“I had the plan to enjoy your hotel with my family in San Diego…but your hotel was in construction, and when I make the reservation nobody tell me about it… workers were leaving there, your pool was closed… your building was dirty because the construction that you didn’t say anything… I flying in for 3 nights… we have to find another place to hang out.
Your staff was unfriendly… “yes, no… I don’t know”… the Jorge guy was … “ why you need my name???”… And told me he is paying for speak English...

They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though.”
