“Didn’t like that i was bit by bedbugs and didn’t even get an apology!!!!”

“We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). “When we went, the parking was horrible. We drove around for an hour almost waiting to find a spot because there isn’t enough spots when this hotel books up. We asked the hotel where we can park since there was no parking available on their lot. We were told a back alley behind the hotel, but it was a sketchy back alley with no cameras and there were drunk guys messing around in the alley since there’s a bar/dance hall next door. “This place is immaculate! Staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was hot fresh and delicious, best hotel cinnamon rolls we've had. Parking was plentiful. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel.”

“Helpful staff in a very nice place. The rooms were absolutely huge, clean and tidy. Only stayed there for one night but the rates were great on Expedia. It's located in a swanky area of Ramona, California and I was pleased to see how easy check-in was and how helpful the staff was. Would certainly stay there again.”

“The rooms are pretty small. They promote them as being renovated, but it looks like “property management special.” They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though.”

“Our stay was okay overall. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The room could have been cleaner, though. There were some areas that needed attention, such as the walls near the toilet, the floors needing to be swept and mopped, and the sink was clogged. With a little more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this would have been a much better experience. The staff’s kindness was definitely the highlight of our stay.”
