“After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. “The staff was really super & helpful with anything I brought to their attention that they were able to accommodate. Now for the inn itself: Soaps, shower gel, etc. were nice: conveniently located on the wall in the shower. The room came with microwave & fridge, that was great. Floors were laminate wood look & were cold on the feet without socks & slippery when wearing socks. There was loud construction going on in rooms on my floor for a day or two.
