“Unfortunately, our "Anniversary Get-A-Way" did not go as planned! The hotel/casino runs on a "skeleton crew" in all aspects of the hotel/casino during the week. Only on Thursday-Sunday do they have more staff, gaming, etc. The Spa has never re-opened since after COVID (a dealer stated that they will never open back up) So much for a romantic "couples massage." Only 2 restaurants and 1 cafe were open while we were there. The other restaurants are open only later in the week/weekend, forcing...

“The rooms are noisy. You can hear neighbors closets squeaking and closing during the night. DO NOT let your kids in the jacuzzi. They are over chlorinated the kids and adults were coughing from the gases and staff didnt care. They said they couldnt do anything about it. The restaurants and play are good if you are not staying the night. ”

“Food was excellent with a very nice selection for breakfast. Food fresh and plentiful each day. Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Sheets did not fit well and kept coming off. Heat/AC source was efficient and quiet….very welcoming in motel setting. Nice location next to “In abd Out”, “Raising Canes”, and “Chic Filet”!1”

“The staff was really super & helpful with anything I brought to their attention that they were able to accommodate. Now for the inn itself: Soaps, shower gel, etc. were nice: conveniently located on the wall in the shower. The room came with microwave & fridge, that was great. Floors were laminate wood look & were cold on the feet without socks & slippery when wearing socks. There was loud construction going on in rooms on my floor for a day or two. Very loud & even had power tools going. I...

“The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...
