“The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel was walking distance to the ‘Bump & Grind’ trailhead and several shops/restaurants. The young lady at the front desk was so kind and made me feel at home! ”

“Very nice hotel, with a lot of wonderfull space. The structure is old but well manteined, the room was refurbished. We slept with a 3rd guest from the desert come up from the shower sink”

“We added a third night and didn’t ask what the night would cost, assuming it would be similar to the first two nights. When we left we were charged over $500 for the one night which was considerably higher than the price for the first two nights. We felt very cheated. Will not go back to this hotel. ”

“Stayed two nights. First, the vast majority of the staff were awesome! The bartender was a bit pushy for Mai Tais at 3:00 PM and then called out a transluscent shaker bottle I was using for refilling water by the pool... Breakfast was a boxed pickup - very average. Candy "bar" was a cool idea. Coffee was available 24/7, but was not good. Pool and surrounding area was nice with plenty of towels and lemon water available. Small but very tastefully decorated room. Pigeons roosting outside...

“This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...
