“We had an absolutely wonderful experience! At our check in, Dawn and Sarah at the front desk greeted us like family. They made the process so easy and both were very friendly and professional, sharing all the information about the hotel, our room and all the amenities. We actually got a personalized text later in the evening asking if we needed anything. They made us feel very comfortable. The room was wonderful, the pool was amazing and the breakfast was just a perfect way to start the next leg...
