“Staff was informed about a drunk guest in pool they refused to help. Once the guest became unconscious my daughter and wife had to physically pull the guest out of pool. Staff did nothing to remedy the situation.”

“Pros: - Good for all ages (couples, children, etc) - A lot of room types - Historic feel, character - Multiple pools Cons: - Our a/c unit was making a loud sound so we had trouble sleeping our 1st night, but the staff moved us the 2nd night to a better room and we slept great - We couldn't find 2 lounge chairs available at the adults only pool (so we went somewhere else) - When it's hot, the resort is spread out and it's uncomfortable to walk far”
