But the room I got didn’t have a bath tub and asked the front person to get me the right one. She gave me the new room key but the room was the same as well. I complained to the front desk person, and told me they couldn’t get us the room with bath tub because they were all gone. The main reason to choose this...

“Other than the moth and spider that greeted me when I opened the door, the room was clean and useful and my stay was pleasant. Staff were helpful in finding and removing the moth hiding behind the pillow I would have used so that I could settle in after a long drive.”

“We booked a room with a pool view. Paid extra, absolutely no view. Our phone did not work so we would have to use our cell phones and go through the automated system. The food by the pool was great, and service was overall good.”
