“Because I booked through you I was denied my Hilton points. Also, I had asked for a room with golf course views and I got a view of the roof of the hotel entrance. They said the hotel was full but there was no one at the bar, the pool or the restaurant all day long.”

“Loved the openness in the lobby , dining area , the attentive friendly staff The ambience was comforting , liked the layout of the rooms which were also were spacious and had all the comforts of home for our 3 nights stay in La Quinta We did not expect a full breskfast or the complimentary coffee , veggie crudités in afternoon ”
