I went up to notify the front desk multiple times that we could not shower due to the water in the shower being scolding hot burning us and there was no cold water in the room.and was only able to shower once during our whole stay which was right before checking out ”

“Ants were observed in the ground floor rooms, staff should make guests aware of areas of the hotel where families have been placed as the noise coming through walls and ceilings is disruptive. The pool being open into the evening means all rooms facing the pool deck are subject to noise from guests and their kids”

“L’unica cosa veramente bella era la camera. Spaziosissima e con il bagno molto bello. Mancava però l’asciugacapelli. Il microonde ha fatto saltare la luce ma è stata ripristinata velocemente. Colazione invece da dimenticare. Quattro cose in croce. ”
