“Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. ”

“This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

“We had a rather unpleasant experience. There were no TV remotes, the air conditioning unit kept malfunctioning every 20 minutes, and the ironing board was broken. These were not the amenities we had anticipated. ”

“Staff was great! However our room was pretty dusty and there were broken cups and markings on the doors. Not sure if someone cleaned before we got there but it kind of looked like our room hadn’t been cleaned or at least no one had been in it for over a week to tidy up. ”

“We added a third night and didn’t ask what the night would cost, assuming it would be similar to the first two nights. When we left we were charged over $500 for the one night which was considerably higher than the price for the first two nights. We felt very cheated. Will not go back to this hotel. ”

“The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. ”
