“We love the place, we have enough room for 3 of us. Everything looks clean, kitchen was nice small but complete with all your needs. I know people complaining about the AÇ LOL we actually don’t really bother with the sound. The staff are excellent, we can’t complain. We’ve been traveling and staying at so many hotels/motels or condos like and all of them have good and bad but at the end of the day we only in our room for not long enough to complain, we just want to enjoy it and make memories...

“Comfortable room (although the bathroom is pretty tiny), welcoming staff and well located, close to stores and restaurants. The pool area however could be much cleaner (lots of trash all around, it seems no one ever checks out throughout the day), the water is freezing cold and the jacuzzi is CONSTANTLY occupied by little kids. Not a very peaceful area to be sitting at after a day of exploring the canyons and shopping. The bar tender and restaurant staff were also very nice. We appreciated the 2...

“Outdated rooms! Not sure if that’s the vibe, but bathroom outdated, you can actually see the calcium buildup on shower head and faucets. Don’t like that you have to wait in line for pool access and they only let you in after 9 and then they do a pool “break” in the middle of the day, where everyone has to go out of the pool! Not sure what’s that for! Been to many Palm Springs hotels and we were perfectly fine without the pool break! 🙄 Lazy river closes at 6 🙄.”
