“The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was roomy and inviting. The pool area was calm and the other visitors were great too. The jucuzzi was nice too. One of the nice things was when we got up our breakfast box was in a “Polar Box” by on the table outside our door. We had muffins, juice, yogurt, and fruit. Oh and the towel area had towels there for use. Ice and water available and use of a microwave. Fridge in room. Really felt comfortable there. No kids in pool because no kids...

“Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful! We had a hand written welcome card with a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We didn’t have to ask to be helped deliver our luggage to the room. The complimentary coffee service by the poolside was a great way to start the morning. Especially loved the adults only atmosphere for a couple of moms trying a ladies getaway. Love the vibe and smaller boutique experience. Would love to try the spa next visit. We would stay again!”

“Such a unique, fun & wonderfully well-equipped location - especially for a girls getaway. The house is as beautiful as the picture show, beds are super comfy and the little bed/reading nook off the main room is adorable. Lots of spots to find shade if you want to take a break from the beautiful pool. You’re always surrounded by well-maintained gorgeous landscaping. We are already talking about coming back.”

“Property is well maintained and staff were super nice. Would have preferred more dinning options other than pool restaurant and or a bar to enjoy drinks but this property is more of a timeshare feel for sure. Full kitchen and adjoining rooms were nice. More shade for car parking would be nice too since the heat is sometimes unbearable. But plenty of it so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Was surprised at the $30 a day fee for parking. That wasn’t disclosed when we made reservations but it was ok...

“Old beat up furniture that had damage places with the finish gouged through to the particle board. The sink & counter looks like they were new. Maybe they are fixing the place up and it was 1/2 finished. When I went to use the ice machine it would not work and the front cover came off in my hand. I was never able to get any ice. The guy in the office was barefoot and the floor in the office was really dirty. He just shrugged and said he would tell someone that the ice machine wasn't working. I...

“Great hotel and extremely convenient”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable. The AC was easy to operate. The check in/out process was fast. Parking was close and free. Staff were super friendly. It does get loud from time to time, especially from upstairs. But we were lucky that they didn't stomp their feet at night - only the next morning after we got up. Or else it could've been bad. We had dinner door-dashed to the lobby and used the tables to eat it. There was a big TV and that made the space cozy....
