Hotel in zona Rancho Del Oro, Desert Hot Springs

“We stayed here for a couple nights and had a great time! The property and unit we stayed in were clean and very well designed. We loved how unique and quiet it was (and it is a short drive to Joshua Tree National Park). This is a great place to come back and relax at with great views of the sunset and some wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique California experience!”

“Room 225 had 2 lamps which did not work, in addition the tub/shower hot-cold valve does not provide cold water, it was always hot, needs to be repaired. The mineral pools are plenty and available 2 hours. The onsite restaurant was very good. Would I stay there again? Yes but on the ground floor.”

“Just a place to stay for the night. Nice and quiet on the third floor. No complaints except I wanted a cup of coffee for my morning drive and it was all gone. So I got the decaf and it was cold. Oh well. Everything else was great.”

“They do not have safes in the room! When I tried to reach out through front desk, house keeping and even room service there was “no” answer. That was disappointing! I came to enjoy the pool, food service and drinks. Everyone was hounding by the staff for bringing outside food or drinks. That was a turn off! There were families with kiddos! The food and bar didn’t open until 11am. We’re on vacation! I don’t want to be bothered eating some peanuts while I sip your drinks! It’s petty!”

“The staff was really attentive and polite, the room a bit on the small size and without television :-0. A tablet is provided but we didn’t use it because we had our own. Cleanliness ok. Coffee and bites offered in the morning”
