“A lot of trash food trash everywhere all bins full, real loud music in the pool, rooms need an update for sure, front desk not very welcoming but the pool area was great.”

“Room was nice and clean and spacious. Sheets were clean, pillows were clean, towels, etc. Befs are medium firm, pillows too, I had a comfortable sleep. Loved the little detail with my name on the TV screen when we walked in. It’s just the little things. I’m not sure why other reviews are bashing, particularly the customer service, but I had a great experience. Seemed that the other guests I chatted with did too. “Very relaxing place. It’s clean but did see a few insects inside the room of questionable origin. Overall we had a nice stay. Beds comfy, lots of toiletries. The pools are clean. Water crystal clean. Would recommend.”

“We arrived at 3:40 pm for check in and were told the room wasn’t ready and we needed to wait. At 4:20 the room was ready. The staff were not that friendly. The jacuzzi had jets that sprayed upwards? Would not stay there again”

“Quiet and serene. Nice place to unwind. The lodge definitely needs some remodel, very outdated. Electric stove only had 2 burners working. The cabin was advertised for 5 people but had only 4 sleeping spots. Additional mattress was provided upon request that had to be placed on the floor. The bathtub was clogged and water drained very slowly. Luckily, we only stayed 2 nights and we were willing to overlook all these minor inconveniences.
