“I am extremely disappointed with our stay and the hotel's unacceptable hygiene. We found a large living June bug/Scarab Beetle—a known pest—in our room. When we reported it, the manager was dismissive, simply taking the bug and arguing it was 'no big deal’. He flat-out denied our request for compensation. To make matters worse, we found a pile of fragmented bug remains in the closet. When we brought this to the manager's attention, they dismissively claimed it was just leftover food from a...

“The front desk staff were not at all helpful. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and I was told there are extra in the room. Didn’t help me other than that. When I went to the room I found there were extra pillows and no extra blanket. I happened to run into the maid and asked her to get it for me. If you’re looking forward to an easy arrival, get ready to wait in and In n Out line, just to enter the premises. Seriously?! You all know how long those lines are. Well, you’ll have to wait in...

“Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, and keurig machine in room. Excellent water pressure in shower. Breakfast was served. We didn't have that as we were going to our favorite places but we saw many enjoying it and it looked good.”

“We had a lovely weekend getaway with kids. Good amenities clean and straightforward, good food nothing is too overpriced or even free, which was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you all the staff was very attentive and helpful.”

The layout was convenient, clean, and made traveling with kids so much easier. We really appreciated the extra space and comfort during our trip. The hotel staff was also friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for families needing more room while traveling.”
