We stayed in the balcony garden view room, and while the room itself and the view were beautiful, the overall experience fell short due to a lack of convenience and service.
In the morning, I wanted a good cup of coffee, but the only option in the room was a Keurig. I would have preferred to walk or quickly drive to the café on-site, but our car was parked in the main winery lot. We weren’t aware that the room was located quite a distance from the main area until late at night when we were offered a golf cart ride. Had we known this in advance, we would have driven our car closer to the room before settling in.
The distance and lack of easy transportation made simple things feel inconvenient. If there had been a readily available cart service, it would have made a big difference.
Additionally, reaching the front desk was frustrating. It took more than three calls before someone finally answered, which added to the disappointment.
Overall, while the setting is beautiful, the lack of accessibility and service would make us reconsider staying in this room again.
