“Great place to stay - the staff is the best!!”

“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“The rooms are pretty small. They promote them as being renovated, but it looks like “property management special.” They just painted over everything that was old. I’m assuming. The bathroom smelled really bad like a leaking pipes or urine on the wall or something. Would not be staying here again. Good location though.”

“Our stay was okay overall. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated. The room could have been cleaner, though. There were some areas that needed attention, such as the walls near the toilet, the floors needing to be swept and mopped, and the sink was clogged. With a little more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this would have been a much better experience. The staff’s kindness was definitely the highlight of our stay.”

“Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. We were given a room with one bed instead of two and a pull out couch (no problem). When turning on the AC, the AC the entire stay could not...

“The bed was sloped and I could feel the springs. The shower had what looked like make-up smeared on the wall. I tried making coffee in the room with the provided coffee and it came out lighter than church coffee. I was expecting something nicer from a Ramada-Wyndham hotel.”

Avevamo prenotato camera con 1 letto queen sofabed ma il divano letto, oltre a non essere pronto al nostro arrivo era molto scomodo, assolutamente non adatto ad una ragazza di 16 anni. Ci hanno proposto il cambio camera con una con 2 letti queen con maggiorazione di 30$ a notte tasse, abbiamo accettato anche se malvolentieri. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che nei giorni seguenti una ditta esterna da loro incaricata...

“We planned a last-minute staycation here. We live locally and didn’t realize how nice this hotel was. We’ve been here before to eat at one of the restaurants onsite but it’s our first time staying at the hotel. The room we got was clean and spacious (we stayed in a Premier Pool Studio room). Our room had a king bed and a couch that had a pullout. My kids loved the room. The amenities were great for our family. We spent most of our time in the pools. “Great place to stay at a reasonable price! Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Clean and spacious. Fridge, microwave, and keurig machine in room. Excellent water pressure in shower. Breakfast was served. We didn't have that as we were going to our favorite places but we saw many enjoying it and it looked good.”
