Hotel vicino a Country Club-Rancho Bernardo - San Diego

“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“For the price it was decent. The room was clean. The a.c worked well. It was not a luxury suite, but for the price I would stay here again. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly. The only interaction was at check in and check out. The area is nice and quiet. I felt safe. It is behind some new apartment homes they just built. Restaurants just a few miles away. Everything went well on the trip. Therefore, no complaints. ”

“This is in a terrible location with a large homeless population and a lot of drug usage. The door didn’t fully seal closed, the room was dirty, the beds were terrible, but mostly we just did not feel safe or feel that our vehicle was safe while parked overnight. Do NOT bring your family here.”

“Awesome place. Friendly staff. There wasn't allot of info on the actual room. Room was nice and clean. How ever it was a little small and we had to keep the bedroom doors open because there's only ac in the living room. Other than that it was a cool place. I would go back. They don't charge for parking, that's a big plus in SD.”

“It’s very clean… but some equipment is broken or run-down. They try to save on absolutely everything, so tiny soap bars, no shower gel etc. tv remote is handed out during check-in… overall not a bad place if you have to crash for the night, but certainly not a place to stay for vacation.”

“no one smiled or said good morning the parking lot was next to the rooms, always seemed dirty. Complimentary breakfast was "adequate" Packaged pasties. packaged instant oatmeal.”

“There are roaches at this hotel. It is unfortunate as I typically enjoyed staying here it’s a tucked away mellow area. I’ve had to kill a total of 5 roaches during my stay with my 1 year old and 2 year old. I do not recommend this hotel any longer”

“Struttura con ottime camere, pulite e spaziose. Buona colazione. Avevamo prenotato camera con 1 letto queen sofabed ma il divano letto, oltre a non essere pronto al nostro arrivo era molto scomodo, assolutamente non adatto ad una ragazza di 16 anni. Ci hanno proposto il cambio camera con una con 2 letti queen con maggiorazione di 30$ a notte tasse, abbiamo accettato anche se malvolentieri. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che nei giorni seguenti una ditta esterna da loro incaricata...

“After I checked in found the room stinky and dirty. It was night so I lived with it. Found a kids shoe and crumbs under the chair. The next day they gave me a different room but would not discount my stay or refund something for giving me a cheaper room.”
