“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“Room was clean and spacious but smells like you stepped into a historical archive. The room balcony door was open upon arrival and A/C wasn't turned on anywhere on the property so it was super hot. The A/C unit worked well to cool the room down after several hours. Complimentary snacks are provided in the room, which was a nice touch. “Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. “Elevator needs serviced. It took more than 5 minutes for me the other day to go from the third floor to the first floor. I was in panic mode the entire time afraid if was going to stop between floors. Would my work believe it if I was late for work? I take the stairs 100% of the time now!”
